This is a cost effective solution for adapting your Mini-DisplayPort equipped  laptop or any other source or player using the mini-Displayport interface to your  current standard Displayport display.

Mini-DisplayPort is a miniaturized version of DisplayPort, the newest digital  display interface developed by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA).  We have a collection of Mini DP adapters that will allow you to connect your  mini Displayport laptop to the widely used current standards of VGA, DVI, HDMI  or Displayport.

This adapter will convert from Mini-Displayport to Standard Displayport. To  connect to a Displayport screen from the Female Standard Displayport side of the  converter use a Male Displayport to Male Displayport cable.

Max Supported Resolution - 1920x1080p, 12bits / channel, or 36bits on  all channels.
