It is designed to apply to ATI graphics card for Eyefinity technology support multi monitor output.
It takes the DisplayPort signaling and actively converting it to TMDS signaling, connecting to a DVI monitor or television. This adapter lets you connect a DVI interface digital display to a PC with a DisplayPort interface for easy connectivity.
